Craft Farmacy's co-owner, Chef Andrew Wolwowicz is a 25-year veteran of the food service industry. A graduate of the Stratford Chefs School, he is active in the local food scene and his menus reflect dishes crafted from local, regional and seasonal products. He is a proponent of using locally grown ingredients from farms specializing in sustainable agriculture, organic growing practices and ethically raised livestock.
