Located in Timmins, Ontario, Radical Gardens began as a small organic farm focused on community-supported agriculture and local markets. On a whim, they purchased their current location and began cooking. From catering large events to a specialty bakery baking making innovative desserts and cakes, Radical Gardens co-owners Steve McIntosh and Brianna Humphrey will always put local northeastern Ontario food first.
