Slice sourdough bread to ½” slices and shred artisan smoked gouda
Spread softened Ontario butter on the outside of the sourdough slices. Lather the other side of the slice with dijon mustard. Layer your favorite charcuterie meats on top and pickles. Generously top off with shredded Ontario artisan smoked gouda. Top off with the second slice of sourdough.
Place the sandwich onto a panini press and close the lid. Cook paninis for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. Slice panini in half and serve immediately.
