This gorgeous frozen holiday (or anytime!) bark is made with just 5 ingredients. The frozen vanilla Greek yogurt base is elevated by a big hit of chocolate and enhanced with chewy cranberries and crunchy pistachios and seeds. It’s a feast for the eyes when swirled together and reminiscent of a winter walk in the woods. Make it ahead and stock in your freezer for a delicious dessert at the ready!
Step 1
Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over hot (not boiling) water, stirring occasionally until melted. Stir in cranberries and pistachios; set aside.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone liner. Spread yogurt evenly over top to a 14 x 11 inch (35 x 27.5 cm) rectangle. Sprinkle with raspberries and sunflower seeds. Dollop the chocolate all around yogurt. Using a small paring knife or skewer, swirl chocolate into yogurt.
Step 3
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until hardened. Break apart into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
