Cook your instant noodles in boiling water just until soft. Strain and reserve.
To a pan, add 1 cup of milk, the seasoning packets and the Balderson Cheddar. Bring to a boil & mix to melt the cheese.
Add your reserved noodles and mix to combine. Turn the heat to low & add small pieces of the Santa Luca Mozzarella all over before placing a lid on top.
Cover for 1 minute or until the cheese has melted.
Garnish with sliced green onions & enjoy.
