Step 1
Mix cream cheese, herbs, lemon juice and zest together in a medium bowl until smooth.

Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over top of each toasted baguette slice. Layer salmon (in a rosette shape) on top, and garnish with capers and sliced red onions. Cover and refrigerate until served
