Step 1
To a heated, lightly oiled pan, add in sliced beef strips and sauté on medium high heat.
Step 2
Season with garlic powder, red pepper flakes, ketchup, oyster sauce, white vinegar, salt & pepper.
Step 3
Add in sliced onions & bell peppers.
Step 4
Sauté the beef, onions and bell pepper coating well with spices & sauces for 7-10 minutes or until browned.
Step 5
Lay open a large round tortilla and place 2-3 slices of mozzarella in the centre.
Step 6
Add in the Philly cheesesteak mixture on top of the cheese.
Step 7
Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla to form a burrito.
Step 8
In a heated pan or flat top skillet, sprinkle over top a mixture of grated aged white cheddar & chili pepper cheese. Allow the cheese to melt over a medium to medium high heat.
Step 9
Once the cheese starts to aggressively bubble and you can lift the edge of the cheese with a spatula, place the Philly cheesesteak burrito directly on top of the melting cheese closest to one side.
Step 10
After 1 minute, start lifting the edge of cheese closest to the wrap so that it lays over the burrito, continue rolling the burrito in the remaining cheese crust and transfer to a cooling rack. Cool 2-3 minutes before slicing.
