Preheat the oven to 400
In a nonstick pan, add Ontario butter and very carefully caramelize shallots on one side. Once caramelized, remove from pan and set aside.
Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle, approximately 12 x 6 inches. Lay caramelized shallot halves on top. Roll edges of the puff pastry to make a crust. Top with shredded Ontario dark side of the moo and thyme. Top with
Ontario cream directly overtop. Brush the edges with egg wash and add salt and pepper then bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve.
