In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, green onions, and salt.
Place 2 tsp of filling in the centre of each wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper and fold the corners together. Press to seal. Repeat until all the filling is used.
Fry rangoons until crispy in a pot with an inch of oil at 350 ̊F. Once ready, remove from pot and place on a paper towel.
While cooling, prepare sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. Serve rangoons with sauce and garnish with green onions.
