Step 1
Sauté garlic (minced) in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add butter and allow it to melt.

Sprinkle in 1 cup of Ontario Parmesan (finely grated) and stir while the cheese melts

Cook for 6 minutes on medium to high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and fold in your Sundried Tomatoes (chopped).
Step 4
Remove from heat and let stand for 1-2 minutes to thicken. Pour mixture over cooked fusilli pasta (Cook according to package instructions). Stir thoroughly, coating the cooked pasta evenly in the creamy sauce.
Step 5
Plate your pasta and top generously with Ontario Burrata and Parmesan.
