Break feta into food processor bowl and add cream cheese. Pulse in food processor to break up. Add cream, lemon zest, Italian seasoning, and hot pepper flakes. Puree until becoming smooth. Leave food processor on and drizzle in oil and puree until very smooth.
Spread feta mixture onto serving plate and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with parsley and additional Italian seasoning and hot pepper flakes, if desired.
Serve with crisp buttery crackers or toasted baguette slices for dipping.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week before adding honey. Best served at room temperature then drizzle with honey.
