Step 1
In a bowl, stir together butter, tomatoes and bacon until well combined.
Step 2
Scrape mixture onto centre of 12 inch (30 cm) long piece of plastic wrap. Fold over one side and shape butter into 8 inch (20 cm) long roll.

Twist ends to seal and refrigerate until ready to use.
Sun-dried Tomato Feta Butter
Omit bacon and substitute crumbled feta cheese.
