The herb blend adds a fresh taste that pairs beautifully with the earthy, salty, and cheesy goodness along with the crusty and tangy sourdough bread. Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).


Step 2

Using serrated knife, slice bread into 3/4 inch (2 cm) slices almost all the way through, keeping loaf intact at the bottom, like a fan.


Step 3

In a bowl, stir together butter, garlic, parsley, basil and oregano. Spread on one side of each bread slice and place loaf on baking sheet. Sprinkle cheeses in between slices.


Step 4

Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let cool slightly before pulling apart to eat.
