Grilled pizzas are a relatively easy way to get the pizza of your dreams quickly. This dreamy, grilled pizza consists of pesto, juicy peaches, peppery arugula, creamy burrata, fresh mint and balsamic, but you can use this method to have any kind of pizza your heart desires.

Step 1

Preheat BBQ to medium high heat, clean grill
 

Step 2

Place room temperature pizza dough on a clean, flour dusted board and gently
stretch out to an oval shape.

 

Step 3

Bring pizza dough, pesto, mozzarella and a brush to the BBQ. Start by brushing the grill with oil, then place the dough on the grill. Grill for 2 minutes and the flip over. Brush pesto all over the grilled side of the dough, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese. Close lid and cook for 2 – 3 minutes more.

 

Step 4

Remove from the grill and transfer back to the board. Spread sliced peaches evenly over the pizza, then sprinkle baby arugula, torn burrata and fresh mint.

 

Step 5

Drizzle with Balsamic, serve and enjoy!
