Step 1
Preheat BBQ to medium high heat, clean grill

Place room temperature pizza dough on a clean, flour dusted board and gently
stretch out to an oval shape.
Step 3
Bring pizza dough, pesto, mozzarella and a brush to the BBQ. Start by brushing the grill with oil, then place the dough on the grill. Grill for 2 minutes and the flip over. Brush pesto all over the grilled side of the dough, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese. Close lid and cook for 2 – 3 minutes more.
Step 4
Remove from the grill and transfer back to the board. Spread sliced peaches evenly over the pizza, then sprinkle baby arugula, torn burrata and fresh mint.
Step 5
Drizzle with Balsamic, serve and enjoy!
