In a coffee mug place butter and vanilla in bottom.
Pour in coffee and using a small immersion blender or milk frother whip together butter and coffee until top is frothy. Enjoy!
Tip: You can use unsalted butter if desired.
If you do not have a small milk frother, add the butter, vanilla and coffee to a small blender and buzz up until frothy.
Change up the flavour of the coffee by using different extracts like rum, peppermint or coconut extracts. None of these contain sugar so they are not adding sweetness to your coffee.
